a traditional honey wine. Drawing from my personal experience in attempting to craft mead,
this guide is designed for both beginners and enthusiasts who want to explore the art of
mead-making. By providing clear instructions, necessary equipment lists, and visual aids,

APPROACH
For this project, I focused on typography to ensure clarity and readability – key elements for educational materials – while experimenting with Adobe Illustrator's generative AI to efficiently create the necessary graphics. Early challenges with image quality during transfer to Adobe InDesign required significant upscaling to maintain visual clarity. I refined several illustrations to align with the overall aesthetic of the booklet, giving the front and back covers a distinct look while keeping the interior visual fun but clear to support engagement and understanding. Additional time was dedicated to perfecting the color palette and typography using Illustrator's AI tools, resulting in a cohesive, visually appealing guide that balances creativity with practical functionality.
